What is LecShare?

Lecshare is a tool for converting Powerpoint files into accessible HTML format. You can also convert Powerpoint files to Microsoft Word Documents.

How do I get LecShare?

The campus has a site license for Lecshare, if you want to upgrade from Lecshare to Lecshare Pro, the cost is $20. The Pro version allows you to convert Powerpoint to Quicktime movies and Video Podcasts. To get the Lecshare software, send an email to ftc@csun.edu.

What training workshops are available at CSUN?

LecShare training is available in the Workshop: Accessible Conversion of PowerPoint Documents To The Web. Please check our Training Schedule for workshop dates and times. If you would like to request specialized training please contact the Faculty Technology Center: ftc@csun.edu.
